Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities
convenient location nice touch early check-in
The location was very convenient to attractions! The room was spacious and well-appointed, also the tea and biscuits were a nice touch. I also appreciated the luggage storage since it allowed me to explore the area without my bags, moreover, they kindly accommodated my early check-in after a long journey.
the noise from the hallway was disruptive. I could hear doors slamming frequently, this made it hard to sleep well.

My room was lovely, beautifully decorated, and quite spacious! The bathroom was huge and provided all necessary amenities. Everything seemed clean. The bed was comfortable.

missed service toilet paper
the lack of daily room service was a real letdown (i expected more for the price i paid). my room was not cleaned . i even ran out of toilet paper and had to find a store myself. it's frustrating when these basic needs aren't met, and i felt a bit neglected.

missing cleaning terrible smell
The location was great and easy to access.
The room was not cleaned for five days, despite my request to staff. An extra cleaning fee was charged, but minimal cleaning occurred . There was a strong, flowery scent from a diffuser. When turned off, a sewage smell became noticeable.

access codes nespresso machine caffeine fix
the access codes worked really well. i entered the room easily. i liked the nespresso machine in the room. it made getting my caffeine fix simple.
the building smelled bad both in common areas and the room. the towels had a musty smell. the shower was complicated.
